Sales Co-ordinatorMegan is our property sales co-ordinator and ensures the smooth running of each sale. Megan co-ordinates everything from compliance and marketing through to closure, keeping buyers and sellers updated at every juncture.

Property ManagerEoin holds a higher certificate in real estate administration from Athlone IT. As property manager he carries out a very important role in our letting and management service. The efficiency and attention to detail he applies to the job ensure the smooth changeover of tenancies.

Office ManagerElaine makes sure the changeover of all of our tenancy’s is done is an organised, efficient manner. She is a perfectionist and gets real satisfaction from ensuring that files are completed in a timely fashion; landlords aren’t waiting for their funds and tenants deposit refunds aren’t delayed.

Accounts AdministratorCatriona (MIATI) heads up our accounts department and is a full member of the Accounting Technicians of Ireland. She has a position of huge responsibility and her meticulous nature ensures the smooth running of all our landlord portfolio’s.
